Floor Plans
Your plan will be posted to MLS. You will receive PDF and JPG
versions of your plan via email. Your floor plan will be posted on Realtor.com if you include the Virtual Tour. Also included is a URL address for use on personal web sites and for emailing, all hosted by MacCallum Designs.
Up to 1000sf.............$95.00
1000 to 2000sf..........$115.00
2000 to 3000sf..........$135.00
3000 to 4000sf..........$155.00
$20.00 for each additional step
of 1000sf.
SF for pricing is determined by all measured area excluding
garages and patio/decks.
Still Photography
Photos are recorded in RAW format for greater dynamics
and converted in Photoshop CS3.
Flashless photography is achieved using a High Dynamic Range process combining several exposures.
Final Photographs are delivered in JPG format @ 14.1 mega
pixels.
Copies can mailed on CD or downloaded from the web in
zip format.
